5 Aldrich-Vreeland Emergency Currency Law
Принят 30 мая 1908 в связи с банковской паникой 1907 [Panic of 1907]. Закон предпринял попытку создать гибкую национальную валюту, разрешив банкам выпускать свои ценные бумаги наряду с федеральными.
